Knowsley Housing Trust (KHT) has
announced the launch of its online
regeneration database, which enables
tenants to find out what regeneration
activity is taking place within the
Knowsley area.
Developed by leading web development
company, Connect Internet Solutions,
the database accurately and
efficiently communicates details of
the Trust’s ambitious £300 million
improvement programme, which has to
date seen over 20,000 improvements
carried out. Coming into its fourth
year, the initiative has already
enabled residents across Knowsley to
benefit from a range of improvements
including: new kitchens, bathrooms,
windows, doors, front walls, fencing,
new roofing and re-wiring.
Accessible via the tenants’ area of
Knowsley Housing Trust’s website,
tenants can search the database by
postcode to find out exactly what
housing improvements, such as double
glazing, are being made in their
street or elsewhere in Knowsley.
The regeneration database is one of
many new features on the Trust’s new
website, also developed by Connect,
designed to improve the quality of
services offered to its customers and
to encourage tenant participation and
involvement.
In addition to the regeneration
service, the content-managed
transactional website also gives
tenants the ability to access a number
of key services online. They can
check their rent balances and make
payments online and even request
housing repairs using an innovative
graphical online repair reporting
system.

as KHT tenants are actively involved

support our tenant participation
agenda.”
